Can I make changes or take down my release once it’s live?

Yes, you can request updates—such as correcting metadata or artwork—or remove your music at any time through our dashboard or by contacting our support team at [support@audioneix.com]

When will my release be available on streaming platforms?

Once submitted, your release typically appears on streaming platforms within 24 hours. However, some platforms may take longer due to their individual review and approval processes.

What Happens If My Music Is Flagged for Copyright Issues?

If your music is flagged, Audioneix will remove the content and notify you so you can address the dispute. Please note that repeated violations may result in account suspension. To avoid this, always make sure you own the rights to any material you upload.

Do I retain 100% of my royalties?

Yes! At Audioneix, artists keep 100% of their royalties—even on our free plan. Once an artist starts generating royalty income, Audioneix will deduct an annual service charge of $30 USD from your royalty payments to cover distribution and platform maintenance costs.

Is Audioneix a Legitimate Service?

Do you support ISRC & UPC codes?

Yes, we automatically generate ISRC and UPC codes for your releases. Alternatively, if you already have them, you can submit your own codes during the upload process.
